CONTROLLED FERTILE EGGS AND SPF EGGS

Globoaves, through GloboBiotech, produces controlled fertile eggs that are used for the production of vaccine against the flu virus (Influenza). It also sells, through representation with the American company Charles River, Eggs SPF (Specific Pathogen Free) that are used for the production of vaccines for human beings and also for animals. Globobiotech invests its best resources to provide quality raw material for the production of vaccines for the prevention of various diseases. Egg production is carried out on our own farms, built in protected areas, which have very high levels of sanitary control. It uses what is most modern in poultry production on its farms: strict controls, such as ventilation controls, weather conditions, lighting, automatic nests, transport and packaging of eggs in automated lines. All of this without failing to take care of animal welfare, which, both in the rearing and production phases, is a priority so that the birds can produce the best quality and fully healthy eggs.

Total Quality Control

TIP GENETICS

The strains of birds used come from the best genetics companies in the world, are adapted for this purpose and with genetic control used for the production of controlled eggs. The feed provided for the birds is exclusive, with its own formula and produced with the best ingredients from suppliers recognized in the market and previously selected, ensuring the specific nutritional content and quality for the production of embryonated eggs. All production steps and raw material used are traceable for total process safety. The feed is transported in its own and exclusive trucks, directly from the factories to the farms. The company also has an incubation center with strict production control and strict sanitary control and good manufacturing practices. It has highly qualified staff dedicated exclusively to this activity. This center has all the necessary infrastructure to produce embryonated eggs ready for direct inoculation of the antigens that will make up the production of vaccines. Controlled eggs are transported to their destination in exclusive trucks, developed for this purpose, with controlled temperature and humidity, driven by trained professionals to ensure the safety of the eggs until their final destination.
